We’re looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Client Acquisition Officer to be responsible for the growth of overall baby numbers by the successful acquisition of new clients following a clear and strategic CRM process and to support the retention of existing customers.
Ideally, you’ll have experience establishing, maintaining and developing relationships with customers, driving sales, working with a CRM system, reviewing procedures to make sure they are as effective as possible and collating and analysing customer data.
