Please note that we are under no obligation to refund or transfer your money in the event that you or your baby are unable to attend part or all of the course. We are aware that missing a couple of lessons and not being able to get a refund can be irritating, but unfortunately our costs remain the same, whether or not everyone is present.  

In exceptional circumstances of illness we will consider issuing a credit note solely for use on the next course - but a doctor's note will usually be requested.  

Should you cancel at any time prior to the week before the course begins we will refund you your money. Should you cancel in the week prior to your course commencing we will issue a refund but might need to deduct a £10.00 admin charge.

Babies do throw up and pools do go down. Any refunds for cancelled lessons will always be given by the first week of the next term - either be credited to your course onto your card.  Refunds happen automatically. Just as we're sorry not to be able to refund you for individual lessons you've missed, it's important to us that, when it's our responsibility, you should never have to request any refund that's due.
